The '90 Day Fiance' star has no sympathy for her estranged husband, who faces deportation after he's taken into custody on a Violation of a Protection from Abuse Order charge put in place by Ashley.

AceShowbiz - Ashley Martson let justice work to exact her revenge on Jay Smith. The "90 Day Fiance" star, who has filed for divorce from her husband after only a year of marriage, thinks that Jay reaps what he sows as he faces deportation after getting arrested on a Violation of a Protection from Abuse Order.
"Ashley feels as though Jay made his own bed," her spokesperson Johnny Donovan tells Us Weekly. "Ashley has been suffering for a long time - it's payback. Jay thought she was joking, but no. He made his bed, and now he has to lie in it."
Jay was taken into custody by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement on Wednesday, July 3 on a Violation of a Protection from Abuse Order charge. He reportedly turned himself into authorities upon learning he had a warrant out for his arrest from the alleged violation of a PFA, which was put in place by Ashley on Monday, July 1.
"On July 2, 2019, Upper Allen Police investigated a report of a PFA violation," Upper Allen Police Department confirms on its website. "The protected party lives in Upper Allen Township and reported a social media post made by Smith, which was in violation of the order. As a result of the investigation, an arrest warrant was obtained for Smith. On July 3, 2019, Smith was taken into custody without incident."
The report continues to read, "Smith was transported to the Cumberland County Prison for processing and arraignment. A hearing will be held at a later date."
"He's in our custody. He's just getting put into the facility," a spokesperson for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Office tells Radar Online. "It looks like he's going to be going through the motions. He will see an immigration judge to see if he'll be deported."
Meanwhile, Ashley is looking forward to spending the 4th of July weekend with her two kids from previous relationships. "Ashley is taking the weekend to focus on herself and on her kids. Ashley and Jay are due back in court this Tuesday and Wednesday," he rep reveals.
Expressing her feelings in her own words, Ashley is feeling emotional about the whole situation with her marriage end. "Mark my words this is the hardest day of my life. I can't believe this is how it ended," she posted on Instagram Stories on Tuesday, July 2. "The amount of sadness I'm feeling is unfathomable. There is no celebrating over here, just pure heartbreak!"
