Mel B accused Etihad Airways of doing something offensive.

The singer, full name Melanie Brown, didn't reveal the nature of her complaint, but one company representative did try to contact the Wannabe hitmaker directly in an effort to deal with the issue.

"Hi Melanie, thanks for reaching out to us," they wrote in response to her angry posts. "Please can you join me in a private message and let me know how I can help you today? Thanks."

A representative of Etihad Airways was attempting to solve the problem privately.

It appears the pop star's problems were still no closer to being resolved after more than 40 minutes on the phone with Etihad officials, as Mel put the firm on blast once more, shedding a little light on what had enraged her so.

"customer service @EtihadAirways is appalling," she ranted. "It shouldn't matter where your from what accent you have or what colour you are OR if your travelling economy or first class EVERYONE should be treated the same, kindly and with respect,@EtihadHelp this is unexpectable (sic)".
