An insider claims that bosses behind the latest 007 film were angered by the 'A View to a Kill' actress' snub since they have arranged premium accommodation and tried to make her feel welcome.

AceShowbiz - Grace Jones has allegedly stormed off the set of "Bond 25" after learning she'd only been given a tiny cameo in the new 007 movie.

The 71-year-old actress, who starred as the villainous May Day in 1985 Bond film "A View to a Kill", was reportedly set to make an appearance in the latest instalment of the franchise.

But, according to Britain's The Sun newspaper, the multi-talented star walked away from the role after finding out just how few lines she'd been given. And while they were apparently more than a little annoyed about Grace's snub, movie bosses were also said to be angry after they had arranged her a luxury residence to stay in near Pinewood Studios in Buckinghamshire while shooting her scene.

"Grace's 007 homecoming was meant to be a real crowd-pleasing moment. Bosses were really excited about landing her," a movie insider told the publication. "Of course, she comes with a reputation, so they organised premium accommodation and rolled out the red carpet on set to make her feel welcome."

"But it turns out Grace was expecting to play a bigger role in the movie and took her brief cameo as a slight. She was out of there quicker than it takes to rustle up a martini."

It had been rumoured that Grace's cameo would see her acting opposite Daniel Craig's suave spy.

Cary Fukunaga's "Bond 25" has suffered numerous setbacks since it started filming earlier this year. As well as Craig's ankle injury leading to the shoot being delayed, a man was arrested after setting up a hidden camera in the women's bathroom on the set, while a "controlled explosion" on set went awry last month, causing a minor injury to one crew member and damaging part of the 007 stage.
