The 'Power' star claims a blood test shows that 22-year-old Marquise Jackson is not his son, after someone slams the rapper for not giving his oldest son a backstage access to his show.

AceShowbiz - 50 Cent's strained relationship with his oldest son Marquise Jackson has just escalated to a new level. The 43-year-old rapper recently reiterated that the 22-year-old is not his son, after an Internet user slammed him for not giving Marquise a backstage pass to his show.

On Friday, Fif performed at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn for the Master of Ceremony show along with the likes of Cam'ron, DMX and Snoop Dogg. His son Marquise was seen attending the show, sharing on Instagram Stories footage of him blending with the crowd. He was dancing happily while Fif performed "I Get Money" and "Magic Stick".

Seeing this, one Internet user criticized the hip-hop star/actor, "Negro why you didn't give your own son backstage passes he in the crowd like regular people smfh." 50 Cent fired back, "I got a blood test that's not my kid f**k outta here."

Seemingly responding to his father's comment about his doubted paternity, Marquise later posted a GIF of Maury Povich on Instagram Stories. Maury is a TV personality hosting a talk show where he helps settle men's paternity disputes. In the clip, Maury is nodding his head while Marquise has added a crying laughing emoji in the center.

Fif and Marquise have been at odds for years as the two have slammed one another on social media in the past. Earlier this year, Marquise suggested that his father owed him some money after "Blue Mountain State" star Page Kennedy wrote to him, "Yo tell yo pops to pay me my money son." Marquise replied, "S**t he owe me some money too."

Fif previously shaded Marquise's mother Shaniqua Tompkins for gearing up for a reality TV show. The "Power" star joked, "you starting to look a little thirsty you ok?" adding that "Child support Is over." Hitting back at Fif, Marquise wrote, "And y'all wonder why I don't respect him as a man or father? You had a good run but it's over big fella lol it's been a decade. Youare 40+ you can grow up any day now."

Back in November 2018, Fif said that he "wouldn't have a bad day" if his son and Kyle McGriff (the son of 50 Cent's rival Kenneth "Supreme" McGriff) "got hit by a bus." Following the backlash, Fif explained himself and said, "I have zero ill will towards anyone living on this Earth. The people Shanquois [sic] son looks up to and associates with is a reflection of the negative energy he embraces towards me. I paid his mother $1,360,000 in support to afford him opportunities I never had."
