This arrives two months after Lauren's father, Michael Conrad Braxton Jr., revealed to news outlets that his daughter died of causes related to heart condition.

AceShowbiz - The Maryland Medical Examiner's Office has finally completed the autopsy on Lauren Braxton, the niece of Toni Braxton, two months after her passing. In a statement that was released on Wednesday, June 26, it's been confirmed that her cause of death has been determined as heroin overdose and fentanyl intoxication.

However, the manner of her death is still undetermined as of now.

Lauren passed away on Monday, April 29 in Maryland. The young woman, who was known to friend and family by the nickname Lolo, was found by her friend who was talking with her in the kitchen before she collapsed. The friend claimed she went upstairs for just 10 minutes and when she returned to the kitchen, Lauren was on the floor and unresponsive. She was pronounced dead at 12:44 P.M. Lauren was 24.

At the time of her death, Michael Conrad Braxton Jr. told media that his daughter died of causes related to heart condition, with a rep for the family saying in a statement, "We ask that you please respect the Braxton family's privacy in this time of sadness and loss."

Many of her aunts paid tribute to Lauren following her death, including Trina Braxton who wrote underneath a picture of the late girl smiling, "God sent me another angel! Rest in Heaven Lauren 'Lolo' Braxton." Meanwhile, Traci Braxton told TMZ, "Lolo was more than my niece, she was my daughter; and I, my son and husband are truly heartbroken over her passing."

Toni herself took to her Instagram page on May 1 to honor Lauren. Alongside a picture of her with the girl, who rocked long and purple braids as she wrapped her hands around Toni's waist, the "Un-Break My Heart" singer wrote, "R.I.P to my amazing niece Lauren 'Lo Lo' Braxton.... I'm still in disbelief and so very heartbroken Love you...always auntie 'Te Te.' "
