An audio clip of a 911 call that was made at the late real estate broker's home in Springdale, Arkansas on Sunday, June 9 at 4:37 P.M. had also made its way out online.

AceShowbiz - Mary Duggar's cause of death has been ruled as accidental drowning in a swimming pool. Washington County Coroner Roger W. Morris confirmed the news to PEOPLE on Wednesday, June 12, revealing that the matriarch had slipped leading up to the drowning.

Radar Online additionally obtained an audio clip of a 911 call that was made for a possible drowning at the late star's home in Springdale, Arkansas on Sunday, June 9 at 4:37 P.M. According to the outlet, emergency assistance was requested. "Call came in of a possible drowning at [address redacted]...that's [address redacted]. Big house in the back … older woman, 14 echo unconscious. Medics are responding," the dispatcher reportedly said in the call.

Duggar family announced Mary's death on their official Facebook page, saying, "She is greatly loved and will be missed so very much. She lived a tremendous life as a follower of Christ, a wife, a devoted mother, a loving mother-in-law, and a much-loved grandmother." They added, "We deeply appreciate your prayers for our family and all who loved Mary during this time."

Several members of the conservative family have also paid their personal tribute to the late real estate broker, including Jill Duggar who expressed how heartbroken she was upon learning of her grandmother's death. Describing Mary as a "feisty, incredible woman who always took the time to talk about Jesus with everyone she knew," the "Counting On" star wrote, "I know she was ready to check outta here and get her new body in heaven before the old one started giving her too much trouble! We miss you so much!!"

Anna Duggar dubbed Mary an "awesome woman of faith and such a loving example of God's love," while Lauren and Josiah Duggar said the late star had left "quite an amazing legacy." Meanwhile, Joy-Anna Duggar called her grandmother a "strong woman, role model godly counselor... and my favorite person to watch 'The Price Is Right' show with."

Mary was survived by her daughter Deanna Duggar and son Jim Bob Duggar, 21 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
