Three years after her dramatic exit from the talk show, the 'Braxton Family Values' star posts her apology online along with the admission that she was struggling to show love to others.

AceShowbiz - Singer and TV personality Tamar Braxton has apologised to her former "The Real" co-hosts for her behaviour as she exited the show in 2016.

The star appeared on the U.S. talk show alongside Loni Love, Tamera Mowry-Housley, Jeannie Mai and Adrienne Houghton (Adrienne Bailon) for two seasons before she was fired from the series. At the time, Braxton took to social media to slam her ex-colleagues.

"I love u all but I have been stabbed in the back by someone I stupidly trusted (sic)...," she wrote three years ago.

Now it appears she has had a change of heart, taking to Instagram on Monday, June 10, to express regret over her actions, revealing she lashed out as a result of some difficulties in her own personal life.

Braxton also references her sisters, Toni Braxton, Traci Braxton, Trina Braxton and Towanda Braxton, and "Iyanla: Fix My Life" host Iyanla Vanzant, who she fell out with last year (18). Life coach Iyanla had appeared on the reality series "Braxton Family Values" to help mend a feud between the sisters but the appearance dissolved into a heated exchange with Tamar.

"When all u know and felt is hurt (sic). You hurt. Self inflicted and to others are included. From my sisters, the ladies of the real, Iyanla, old and new Friends and whomever else I've EVER hurt, from being hurt. Please forgive me," Braxton wrote.

Braxton also shared that she was struggling to show love to the special people in her life, and credits her boyfriend David Adefeso with helping her change.

"I didn't know love to show you love. Now I do thanks to my @david.adefeso," she added.

The romance is the "Love and War" hitmaker's first since filing for divorce from music manager Vince Herbert, the father of her young son Logan, back in 2017.
