The 'Limetown' actress and her partners have previously been accused of holding back almost $500,000 of gratuities by nine former employees at kid-friendly restaurant Au Fudge.

AceShowbiz - Jessica Biel and her partners at ill-fated kid-friendly restaurant Au Fudge have settled a lawsuit with employees over allegations of stolen tips.

The actress shuttered the short-lived Los Angeles business last year (18), but nine former employees accused their bosses of holding back almost $500,000 (£394,000) of gratuities that should have been shared among them.

According to The Blast, both parties went through mediation and the case is expected to be dismissed next month.

Terms of the agreement are confidential.
