If reports from The Blast are to be believed, the former Black Eyed Peas member filed for divorce from her actor estranged husband on Friday, May 31 in a Pasadena court, California.

Details regarding the comment are currently unknown. Fergie's representative has declined to comment on the reports, while a rep for Josh did not immediately respond to request for comment.

Fergie and Josh, who have a 5-year-old son named Axl Duhamel together, began dating in September 2004 before getting married in an intimate ceremony in Malibu on January 10, 2009. The then-couple announced their separation in September 2017 after eight years of marriage.

"With absolute love and respect we decided to separate as a couple earlier this year. To give our family the best opportunity to adjust, we wanted to keep this a private matter before sharing it with the public," they said in a joint statement at the time.
