The VH1 star pleads guilty to five charges, including one count of cruelty to children in the first degree, three counts of simple battery and family violence.

AceShowbiz - Tommie Lee showed up in court on Friday, May 31 for a hearing stemming from her recent child abuse. The reality TV star pleaded guilty to one count of cruelty to children in the first degree, three counts of simple battery, family violence and one count of disrupting public school. But fortunately for her, she won't face jail time for what she has done.

TMZ reported that Tommie got a 10-year sentence, but none of it would be spent behind the bars. Instead, the "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star was ordered to complete a residential recovery program and 12 months of successful aftercare with a psychologist or psychiatrist. The rest of the years will be spent on probation.

The terms of the probation restrict her from having any violent contact with a child, traveling outside the state of Georgia without written approval and attending work and promotional events where drugs or alcohol are present. Tommie was also given an 11 P.M. curfew and must pay a $1,000 fine in addition to submitting to random drug and alcohol testing. According to the publication, the VH1 star has been attending the program.

Tommie was arrested last fall after she shoved her daughter's head in a locker when she went to the girl's middle school and disrupted the class. The indictment document further stated that she slapped her daughter on the hands with her purse strap and also slapped her across the face. She was charged with felony aggravated assault, battery and child cruelty. She initially faced 54 years in prison.

Last month, the reality TV star was arrested for appearing drunk in court for a hearing of the child abuse case. Issuing an apology for her behavior, she said in a statement, "I've been working really hard through my problems considering the challenges that's been set before me since I've been home. I've done all that I can do on my own shake my habits but I do realize that I need help and I am currently seeking treatment."
