AceShowbiz - Quentin Tarantino is considering adding to his new movie, "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood", before it hits theatres after trimming it and cutting stars like Tim Roth and James Marsden for Cannes.
The "Reservoir Dogs" star and Marsden didn't appear in the film fans saw at the Cannes Film Festival earlier this week (begin May 20), but they may show up by the time the movie opens in America in July, because Tarantino is thinking about making the project longer.
"I wouldn't take anything else out," the director tells Slash Film. "I'm going to explore possibly putting something back in. If anything, I wanted to go to Cannes too short. If I'm going to err, I'm going to err on too tight."
The Cannes film ran just shy of two hours and 40 minutes after Tarantino and his editor Fred Raskin cut it down from four hours and 20 minutes.
