Commenting underneath the actress' post of 'Modern Family' footage, a troll claims that she gets two breast reductions, cheek bone and chin shaving as well as lip fillers.

AceShowbiz - Ariel Winter just wanted to share her excitement over season 10 finale of "Modern Family", only to find herself being accused of getting under the knife again. However, the actress would not just let the troll have his/her way and fired back.
Underneath post of footage from the ABC comedy series, one user who goes by the name Gideon Choi commented, "How many surgeries have you had on your body and face now?" Gideon added in another post, "Two breast reductions, that's obvious, cheek bone and chin shaving and lip fillers. Pretty obvious, she looks so different. #Truth."
Ariel initially didn't have any plan to reply to the said troll, but there was something that made her so curious she had to get it out of her mind. "I wasn't going to reply but I HAVE to ask... what the f**k is cheek bone and chin shaving????" the "Sofia the First" voice actress said. "You're also wrong about all of it by the way :) one breast reduction & I lost weight but you do you boo."
The redhead beauty went under the knife for a breast reduction when she was 17, reducing the size of her chest from a 32F to 34D. Ariel made the decision because she couldn't handle the physical pain anymore, in addition to receiving online bullying. In an interview with Glamour, she revealed that she felt like "a new person" after the surgery.
"The feeling of not having so much there was such a relief! Once the surgery was completed, I can't explain the feeling," the 21-year-old told the magazine. "[A week later], I was buying clothes and crying as I put them on, I was so happy. You just feel so relieved and excited. You feel like a new person. You feel like this is how I was supposed to be."
