AceShowbiz - Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are about to welcome their fourth child really soon as their surrogate has gone into labor and checked into the hospital. Kourtney Kardashian made the announcement when she stopped by "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" on Thursday, May 9.
The eldest Kardashian sister was there to replace her younger sister, who was supposed to surprise Kris Jenner during her appearance on the show. "So my mom doesn't even know this, but Kim's surrogate went into labor, so she's at the hospital," Kourtney addressed Kim's absence, and the momager was clearly surprised by the news.
"What! What are we doing here?! Fire up the car!" Kris replied. Host Ellen DeGeneres then asked if others knew about this too, to which the Pooch founder answered, "No!" While the older ones were shocked by the revelation, Kourt's children, Mason, Reign and Penelope, looked totally unfazed. Reign even told his mom, "No more! I'm done with this conversation."
But Kris was clearly still curious as she asked how long the surrogate had gone into labor. Kourtney played coy in response to this, "And nobody knows, so everyone in the audience don't tell."
Kim announced that she is expecting her fourth child, a baby boy, with Kanye back in January, when she appeared on "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen" along with sisters Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian. In late last month, she held a Cannabis-themed baby shower that was attended by the likes of Chrissy Teigen and Paris Hilton among others.
Earlier this week, there were rumors going around saying that Kim's surrogate had gone into labor, but she quickly denied it. "Wait just saw news our baby boy came but that's not true!" she said. "It's Met Monday, I'm in NYC. I would be at the hospital lol."
Kim and Kanye's fourth child will join the couple's three other children: North (5), Saint (3) and Chicago (1).
