In the May 3 court documents, Kevin reportedly is demanding that the 54-year-old TV host pays up in both 'permanent' and 'rehabilitative alimony' as well as his legal fees amid the divorce process.

AceShowbiz - Wendy Williams' divorce will cost her greatly if it ends up in the way her estranged husband Kevin Hunter wants. It is reported that Kevin has filed for his response to Wendy's divorce petition and he demands that the TV host pays him both spousal and child support.

According to TMZ, Kevin, who shares 18-year-old son Kevin Hunter Jr. with Wendy, stated that he wanted Wendy to pay the bill for their son's college expenses. Radar Online further reported that Kevin was demanding she pay up in both "permanent" and "rehabilitative alimony" as well as his legal fees.

Rehabilitative alimony is financial support that is provided for a short period of time until the spouse has time to get adjusted to the new circumstances. Meanwhile, permanent alimony is never ending financial support that lasts until one of the former spouses passes away.

In the Pennsylvania court documents, which Kevin filed on May 3, he also demanded "equitable distribution of all personal assets both real and personal, which was legally and beneficially acquired during the marriage."

This arrives after Wendy filed for divorces on April 10 after 2 decades of marriage, reportedly taking Kevin by surprise. "There exists irreconcilable differences between the parties, which have caused the breakdown of the marriage for a period of six (6) months and which make it appear that the marriage should be dissolved as there is no reasonable prospect of reconciliation," read the filing which was sent to a New Jersey Court house.

Kevin was hit with cheating allegations after rumors of him impregnating his mistress Sharina Hudson made headlines. He and his mistress allegedly welcomed their first child late in March.
