Fans assume that this particular character will most likely make an appearance with the Golden Company, who is brought over to King's Landing to fight for Cersei Lannister.

AceShowbiz - A lot of reunion happened in season 8 of "Game of Thrones". However, there are several other characters who are still presumably alive out there and fans are wondering if some of them will appear in the next episodes of the hit HBO show's eighth and final season.

One notable character who has been missing for quite some time is Daario Naharis. The former flame of Daenerys Targaryen was last seen in season 6 when she asked him to stay in the Bay of Dragons before she left for Westeros.

Dany and Jon Snow had just defeated one of their biggest threats, the Night King and his army of the Dead, but that doesn't mean the war has ended. Soon, they will be facing off Cersei Lannister's army, which also includes Euron Greyjoy's, in order to take over the Iron throne.

It is almost certain that if he knows Dany needs more men, Daario will come in a heartbeat. It seems like the Mother of Dragons indeed needs more men as almost all of her Dothraki army and the Unsullied soldiers were wiped out following the Battle of Winterfell.

Fans assume that Daario will make an appearance with the Golden Company, who was brought over to King's Landing in the beginning of season 8 under the instruction of Euron. While the Golden Company sides with Cersei for now, the table may be turned since The Golden Company was founded by a Targaryen named Aegor "Bittersteel" Rivers.

While the Golden Company is known for never breaking contracts, it is still possible for Dany and Jon to make them switch their loyalties using the fact that Cersei took a loan out from the Iron Bank to hire them. If the two remaining Targaryens somehow manage to convince the Golden Company by how risky it was to fight for Cersei, the former may leave Cersei in any second.

Additionally, Michiel Huisman, who plays Daario Naharis on the series, was being cryptic when he was asked if he would be returning for the new season. "I can't wait to see the finale! I don't know what to say. I shouldn't spoil anything so I'm not gonna tell you," he told Digital Spy last year.

"Game of Thrones" airs season 8 on Sundays at 9 P.M. on HBO.
