AceShowbiz - Ariel Winter is staying true to her Disney namesake. The "Modern Family" star has now transformed into the Little Mermaid following her recent hair makeover in which she traded her black hair for red one.
The 21-year-old beauty was spotted stepping out of West Hollywood's Nine Zero Salon on Friday, May 3 in her new dramatic red locks. It was a far cry from the coffee brown raven locks that fans have been familiar for some quite long time.
For the outing, Ariel opted for a casual look. She slipped into a criss-cross lace-up top which offered a sneak peek at her cleavage. She paired the style with skinny jeans.
This is by no far the first time for Ariel to dye her hair red as she previously rocked red locks in the summer of 2017. However, the shade was different from her current hair color. While her earlier red head phase was much more punk with tints of mahogany and cherry red, Ariel's new hair color is a more traditional red. It is more in the line between strawberry blonde and Bella Thorne's hair during her Disney days.
Recently, Ariel sent fans into frenzy with a photo of her wearing nothing but a towel. Putting on a shy smile to the camera, she styled her raven locks into two adorable braids, one of which rest on her right shoulder. Keeping things Instagram-friendly, she put her left hand on the towel to prevent it from falling. Referring to the woman who stood behind her in the photo, she jokingly wrote in the caption, "I got the [ghost emoji] in the back."
Fans immediately flooded the comment section with gushing comments. "I literally cried inside looking at this you look stunning b," one said. "Love your photo so natural and gorgeous," another complimented while one individual wrote, "You are an angel did it hurt when you fell from heaven." There was also someone who joked that the person behind her was Michael Jackson, while one other thought that Ariel looked like Kylie Jenner.
Ariel previously was hit with plastic surgery accusations due to her slimmer figure. "The change in medication instantly made me drop all of the weight I couldn't lose before by just giving me back a metabolism. That was very unexpected," she explained. She went on adding that the medication worked great on her mental health.
