AceShowbiz - Jenelle Evans has broken silence on reports which said that her husband, David Eason, killed her dog because it snapped at their daughter. The "Teen Mom 2" star confirmed the report, adding that she is now considering to divorce and sue the 30-year-old because of this.

In an interview with Us Weekly, Jenelle broke down what really happened during the incident. "David killed my dog Nugget because he snapped at my 2-year-old Ensley. He doesn't put up with that and those are his beliefs," she said. "He just took her and shot her in the woods... about two acres away from the house."

Telling the publication that she is "still shocked and upset" over what happened, the MTV personality revealed that the couple is currently on "not talking terms." She added, "I'm too hurt and upset at the fact he did that. It's taking time to get over this whole situation, and it's making me feel he's very cruel and doesn't have a heart on many ends."

"At this time, we are dealing with this rough situation. I want to focus on what's best for me and my kids," she continued saying. "[Divorce is] in thoughts, but nothing is finalized."

In a separate interview with E! News, Jenelle confirmed that she had indeed fled their marital home and had not "gone back to my home yet because he is refusing to leave. I won't see him and don't want to talk to him." She said, "Thankfully the kids did not see him shoot the dog. They are still with me. I am very much considering pressing charges against him for this."

Jenelle has also posted a heartbreaking tribute to her dog on Instagram, writing, "Nugget.. I'm crying everyday. I love you so much and I'm so sorry. I'm speechless. You were my side kick and knew the moment I felt bad and would cuddle with me. You still had a lot to learn and a lot to grow from your lessons. Everyday I wake up you're not here, when I come home you're not here, when I go to bed... you're not here. You're gone forever and there's no coming back."

David, on the other hand, has defended his action as saying that he did it for the sake of their daughter. "I don't give a damn what animal bites my baby on the face... whether it be your dog or mine, a dog is a dog and I don't put up with that s**t at all," he said alongside a video of Nuggest and Ensley. "I'm all about protecting my family, it is my lifes mission."

He added, "Some people are worth killing or dying for and my family means that much to me. You can hate me all you want but this isn't the first time the dog bit Ensley aggressively. The only person that can judge whether or not a animal is a danger to MY CHILD is ME."
