Although left impressed by his lifelike doppelganger, the 'Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile' actor tells host Ellen DeGeneres he doesn't want to glamorize the size of his muscles.

AceShowbiz - Zac Efron has urged his male fans to be happy in their own bodies and not try to copy his toned look.

The actor was promoting his upcoming Netflix movie, "Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile", on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show", when he was introduced to his new Madame Tussauds waxwork, which will go on display in Hollywood.

The lifelike doppelganger mirrors Zac's look as Matt Brody in "Baywatch" and he was clearly unnerved by how accurate it was - but he had a problem with the size of his waxwork's muscles.

"Whoever did this, I'm very impressed," Efron said, staring at his doppelganger.

"They did a good job. It's a little bigger than me. That's too big. For guys, that's unrealistic... I got very big and buff for that movie, but I don't people to think that's the best way to be. Be your size. I don't wanna glamorise this".

There was an awkward moment during the interview when Ellen DeGeneres showed a photo of the actor's beloved grandfather blowing out the candles on his 91st birthday cake. The snap was taken just before Zac's grandmother died.

"She just passed a few days ago and that (picture was taken) a couple of days before," he explained. "I'm a little sentimental right now".
