Two years after she filed for divorce from music manager Vincent Herbert, the 'Love and War' hitmaker and her estranged husband are still dividing their assets and finalizing the procedure.

AceShowbiz - Tamar Braxton is seeking a "status only" divorce from estranged husband Vincent Herbert so that she can be legally recognised as single.
The "Love and War" hitmaker filed for divorce from the music manager, 46, back in 2017 and, while the pair are still dividing their assets and finalising the procedure, TMZ reported that she is keen to shed her married label.
According to documents obtained by the publication, the 42-year-old has insisted that the couple's marriage is beyond repair.
"Petitioner seeks a dissolution of her marriage with Respondent based on irreconcilable differences," it is stated. "Petitioner believes there is nothing the Court can do to salvage or repair the marriage."
The bifurcated judgment that Tamar is seeking would allow her single status to be restored while the pair finalise their divorce, allowing them to sort finances, custody, and other arrangements at a later date. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie recently underwent a similar arrangement.
Tamar and Vince started dating in 2003 and married in 2008. The pair share five-year-old son Logan.
