Submitting a letter to the federal court, Filomena Giudice begs the judges to send her son back home 'so that we can continue our little bit of life that we have left together.'

AceShowbiz - Joe Giudice's family continues to fight for his freedom amid his looming deportation, including his mother. Submitting a heartbreaking letter to the federal court, Filomena Giudice asks the judges to send her son back home because he is the only one whom she can rely to while she is battling multiple diseases.

In the letter that is obtained by Radar Online, Filomena describes herself as a "widow with a broken heart," as well as a "mother desperately seeking the day my son returns back home to me." She goes on saying, "I lost my husband a few years ago and then my son was also taken from me. I am a sick woman with several medical conditions... a diabetic, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and also suffer from severe arthritis and depression."

Revealing that Joe has been her "mental, physical, financial and business support" since her husband's death, Filomena notes that she can't "bare the thought of not being able to go to him when needed." Filomena also gives an update on how Joe's children, whom he shares with wife Teresa Giudice, have been doing since the day of his arrest, saying that they "have not been the same."

Concluding her letter, Felomina begs the judges to "send [Joe] home to us so that we can continue our little bit of life that we have left together." she continues, "We all await his return to lighten up our lives again and build our families foundation again as these past few years have been a very dark place for us all."

Joe is currently being held by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement after serving 41-month prison sentence for mail, wire and bank fraud. The Board of Immigration Appeals dismissed his deportation appeal earlier this month, but he was recently granted a temporary delay in his deportation order.
