The reality TV star has received congratulatory messages from her 'The Real Housewives of Orange County' co-stars after sharing news about the engagement on Instagram.

AceShowbiz - Wedding bells are ringing for Vicki Gunvalson and her boyfriend Steve Lodge. The 57-year-old Bravo star took to Instagram on Friday, April 26 to announce that she and her lover of two years are engaged to get married after two years of dating.
Posting a photo of her and her new fiance, Vicki shows off her engagement ring that features a giant diamond set on a gold band. The pair cannot hide their feelings as they smile brightly in the image. She captioned the picture, "I said 'YES'. #engaged #happy #mylove."
Her post has since been flooded with congratulatory messages from her friends and fans, including her "The Real Housewives of Orange County" co-stars. Lizzie Rovsek is happy for the couple, writing, "Vicki!!!!! Congratulations!!!!!! So exciting!!! So happy for you!!!" Lydia McLaughlin added, "No way! Congrats you guys!!!" Emily Simpson simply commented, "Congrats!!!!"
Andy Cohen, a producer of the "Real Housewives" franchise, chimed in, "And the OG of the OC lived happily ever after....." Kyle Richards, who stars on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills", is also excited to hear the news, writing, "Aww!! Congratulations !!! So happy for you."
"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Kathy Wakile wishes "a lifetime of Health & Happiness together" for the happy couple, while Bravo producer Jenni Pulos said she's "so so so thrilled for you! WOO HOO."
A source tells Us Weekly that Vicki is "so happy" about the engagement. Dishing on how Steve proposed to the Coto Insurance founder, the source adds, "He made her a romantic meal at home and then popped the question on Monday night."
The source goes on revealing that Vicki was "shocked" when he got down to one knee, but her kids and his kids might not be that surprised with the news as he had given them the heads-up. "He got all of her kids' and his kids' blessings before he did it," the source spilled.
Vicki and Steve started dating in April 2016. After one and a half year together, she was ready to get married. "I am so ready for marriage, I'm a marriage girl," Vicki told Us Weekly in December 2017. "I told him from the very beginning, if you don't want to get married, then don't waste your time with me because I love being married, there's no ring on right now, but we're taking it slow and have a great relationship, that's the most important thing for me, is making sure it's a solid relationship."
Vicki was previously married to Michael J Wolfsmith from 1982 to 1991. The exes share daughter Briana and son Michael. She later married Donn Gunvalson in 1994, but they were divorced in 2014.
