The reality TV star confirms she has split from her 20-year-old husband for the second time after she allegedly caught him cheating on her again and slammed him in a cryptic Instagram post.

AceShowbiz - Ashley Martson and Jay Smith's marriage is broken again, months after she called off their divorce. The "90 Day Fiance" star has filed for divorce from her husband again amid new cheating allegation that she brought up on Instagram earlier this month.
According to a Pennsylvania court, Ashley filed the divorce paper earlier this week. She appeared to confirm the news by posting a headline about the divorce on her Instagram Stories. The 32-year-old reality TV star also told Us Weekly on Thursday, April 25 that she was "devastated" about the split, but insisted that their marriage was "real."
A day prior, on Wednesday, Ashley posted a cryptic caption on an Instagram photo, "Behind every Strong woman lies a broken little girl who had to learn to get back up, fix the the broken pieces, and never depend on anyone." She added the hashtags #bossbabe, #fixyourcrownqueen and #womansupportingwomen.
Ashley and Jay got married in May 2018. She first filed for divorce in January after he was caught talking to other women on a dating app. She, however, withdrew the paperwork days later, as Jay stayed by her side during her hospitalization for acute kidney failure due to complications from lupus.
Earlier this month, on April 15, Ashley hinted at another marital issue. Clearly upset, she wrote on Instagram Stories, "It's all fun as games until your a** gets deported. Have fun at the strip club with MY money and MY car you're driving around without a license!"
She added in another post, "For all you thirsty girls in my soon to be ex husband inbox he's all yours. Please do me the favor and take his nasty a** off my hands." She added a meme which suggested that she had moved him to "trash."
InTouch Weekly reported at the time that Ashley was "indeed filing for divorce after catching Jay cheating yet again." A source claimed, "She has reached her breaking point. And this is the final straw. She feels like she was an opportunity for him. She is hurt and disgusted."
Jay has not reacted to her divorce filing.
