Jenesis Sanchez, who lived together with the rapper before his death, wants to confirm him as the father of Gekyume and later establish him as an heir to the musician's lucrative estate.

AceShowbiz - The mother of late rapper XXXTENTACION's child wants to obtain DNA samples to confirm his paternity.

According to court documents obtained by U.S. website The Blast, Jenesis Sanchez, who lived with the rapper in the months before his death last June (18), has filed a petition to determine her two-month-old son Gekyume Onfroy's paternity.

She claims she and the hip-hop star, real name Jahseh Onfroy, lived together and had "sexual relations during the time that Gekyume was conceived from February 19 through June 18 2018, the day of the Decedent's death."

Although she and the "SAD!" hitmaker were not married at the time, she states that nobody has contested the claim that he is Gekyume's dad.

However, Jenesis is asking court officials to allow testing of biological samples of XXXTENTACION and her son's DNA to legally confirm him as the father, and establish Gekyume as an heir to his lucrative estate. She is also asking for a court order forcing the Office of the Broward County Medical Examiner and Trauma Services to provide her late lover's DNA samples for tests.

The musician was murdered in a drive-by shooting at a motorcycle dealership in Deerfield Beach, Florida. He was just 20 years old.

Following his passing, XXXTENTACION's music rocketed in popularity, with both the albums released in his lifetime, "17" and "?", rising into the top 10 of the U.S. Billboard 200 chart. A posthumous release, "Skins", also topped the rundown in December.
