AceShowbiz - Expect a drastic change when "Love and Hip Hop: Miami" returns for its season 3. According to a new report, the executives at the VH1 reality show decide to cut some of the cast members following season 2 finale. However, it will seemingly be rather big cast shakeup as almost half of the cast members are considered to be fired.

A source close to the network reveals to MTO News that it has divided the cast members of this current season into three categories. The first one has those who will be asked to return for a new season. The second category consists of those who are positively getting fired, while the last one is made of those whose fates are still on bubble.

Fans of Trina, Bobby Lytes, Prince, Amara, Trick Daddy, Shay and Veronica Vega can breathe a sigh of a relief as the site names them as the cast members who are going to be re-signed. Joining them are Pretty Ricky and Khaotic.

Meanwhile, those who allegedly will not make a return include Jessie Woo, Jojo, Joy, Chinese Kitty and Liz. As for Hollywood, Keyara, Gunplay and Miami Tip, the network reportedly has them on the fence as it hasn't made final decision on their fates.

Being fourth installment of the "Love & Hip Hop" reality television franchise, "Love & Hip Hop: Miami" chronicles the lives of several people in the Miami area, involved with hip hop music. Notable figures who are featured on the show are those who are associated with Southern hip hop, as well as Latin music and reggaeton.

The first season premiered on January 1, 2018 on VH1. The original cast consisted of Trina, Trick Daddy, Gunplay, Afro-Latina singer Amara La Negra, Cuban-Venezuelan rapper Veronica Vega, openly gay rapper Bobby Lytes, socialite and party promoter Prince, and Flavor of Love's Shay Johnson.

The series returned for its sophomore season on January 2 with Jojo being promoted to the main cast. They also added some new faces for the season including Jessie, Khaotic and Pretty Ricky.
