AceShowbiz - Now that it is reported that Kenya Moore is returning for the next season of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta", it seems like one former cast member is hoping that she can make a comeback to the Bravo reality show as well. Phaedra Parks allegedly misses the show after missing from season 10 and current season 11.
The TV star is now "hopeful that one day she could return to Housewives full time," says a source close to the franchise to HollywoodLife.com. "Phaedra would love to come back to 'RHOA' if she was asked to return as a cast member."
The insider goes on saying that Phaedra still "misses the show and loved what it did for her career." However, inviting her back to the show might be a little bit tricky because of her feud with Kandi Burruss.
"Phaedra was not asked back after the entire Kandi fight as she knows a lot of people were disappointed in her with how all of that went down," explains the insider about the incident which took place in 2017. "Everyone except Kandi is supportive of Phaedra returning to the franchise."
"The other ladies completely respect and understand Kandi's feelings, however, they know Phaedra makes for great drama and great TV," the source continues. However, when it comes to returning to "RHOA", the ladies allegedly are against the idea. "They see how happy Phaedra is with her boys and her new man. Nobody expects her to come back," the source claims.
In case you need a refresher, in season 9 reunion, Phaedra confessed to Porsha Williams that Kandi and her husband, Todd Tucker, tried to drug and take advantage of the former Miss USA. While Phaedra admitted that she didn't actually know whether the allegations were true or not, Porsha was too horrified that she falsely thought Phaedra knew it from Kandi herself.
Kandi was livid when she was confronted. She even threatened to leave the show if Phaedra was re-signed.
