Nearly a year after he started dating makeup artist Erika Koike, the 'National Treasure' star files for the license to wed for the fourth time in Clark County, Nevada.

AceShowbiz - Nicolas Cage is planning to wed for the fourth time after applying for a license in Clark County, Nevada.
The movie star, whose exes have included Lisa Marie Presley and Patricia Arquette, is hoping to make an honest woman of girlfriend Erika Koike.
The license is valid for a year.
Nic and Erika started dating a year ago (April 2018), and they were spotted together in Puerto Rico last spring, while he shot a movie.
The makeup artist was also seen out and about with Cage in Beverly Hills last May (2018).
Cage was also married to Alice Kim, the mother of his 13-year-old son Kal-El.
