AceShowbiz - Even after reuniting in 2012, Black Sabbath still decided to disband in 2017. Since then, fans have been wondering whether they would reunite again sometime in the future. Seemingly answering the question, frontman Ozzy Osbourne teased a potential reunion to mark the 2022 Commonwealth Games in the band's home town of Birmingham, England.
"Yeah, that would be fantastic," he said last year. "I'd like to do that. We're all Brummies after all." Further fueling the speculation, guitarist Tony Iommi said that he would totally join the reunion. "I think it would be a great thing to do to help represent Birmingham. I'm up for it! Let's see what happens!" Tony told Birmingham Live at the time.
