The 'Worst' hitmaker is forced to clear up speculations that she is expecting a baby after Mila J played a practical joke on her when she offered a glimpse of her birthday celebration on Instagram Live.

AceShowbiz - R&B star Jhene Aiko has cleared up speculation suggesting she is pregnant after becoming the victim of a birthday prank by her sister.

The "Worst" hitmaker rang in her 31st birthday over the weekend (March 16) with a special dinner with her family and friends, and decided to give fans a glimpse at her celebrations by going on Instagram Live.

However, her sister, fellow singer/songwriter Mila J, decided to use the opportunity to stir up some gossip about her sibling, and can be heard saying off camera, "Wait, so, when do you want to do the gender reveal? Wait, are you still on Live?".

The video ended abruptly as Jhene gave her sister a blank stare, before leaving followers in the dark about her apparent baby news.

The rumours began flying until Monday morning, when Jhene took to Twitter to shoot down the claims.

"no my sister @MilaJ is trolling stoooooooop (sic)," she wrote, before vowing to get her revenge on Mila. "scorpio's (sic) play too much @milaj lol (laugh out loud) imma get u back (sic). next live it's on like donkey kong".

Mila also made it clear she was just joking, replying, "Lol!!! You were a good sport! Love you #Jokes We do play too much!!! Guys she's NOT pregnant!"

Jhene is already a mother to her 10-year-old daughter Namiko from her previous relationship with singer O'Ryan.

She is thought to be currently single after allegedly splitting from rapper Big Sean last autumn (2018) after two years of dating. He was not featured in her Instagram Live birthday video.
