Big Draco is taken into custody after police discovered ammunition in his home last month, but he is released after a few hours.

AceShowbiz - Soulja Boy has been making a lot of headlines since welcoming the new year. From taking shots at the likes of Drake and Kanye West to briefly dating Blac Chyna, the rapper is now making headlines for a totally different reason. Big Draco was arrested on Friday morning, March 15 for probation violation. He was sentenced to two years of probation in 2014 after being convicted of carrying a loaded firearm in a public places.

According to TMZ, which first reported the news, Draco was taken into custody when he showed up at his probation officer's building in the San Fernando Valley. This happened after police discovered ammunition in his home last month. However, he was released later in the afternoon and immediately went on Instagram Live to update his fans.

Confirming that he is still scheduled to perform at halftime of the L.A. clippers home game against the Chicago Bulls, Draco said, "I just got out of jail right now and I'm performing at the Clippers game. Tell you, this (expletive) ain't going to start... I had the biggest comeback of 2019 and they try to lock me up, they try to hate on me."

"I was in the county. My partner pulled on me … Big Draco, I'm out of jail! This s**t ain't gonna stop," he continued ranting, before taking a dig at 6ix9ine a.k.a. Tekashi69 who is currently behind bars and awaiting the outcome of his racketeering case. "I'm not going out like 6ix9ine. Bro, you got me f***ed up! You got me f***ed up!"

His hearing is scheduled for March 29. Meanwhile, his lawyer stated, "There was no finding in regards to his probation violation."

This isn't the first time for Draco to violate his probation. Back in 2016, cops found at least one weapon in his possession after they searched his home due to him threatening people online. As a result of this, he was charged with two felonies and one misdemeanor. In the following year, he once again was charged with illegal possessions of guns in Los Angeles.
