According to TMZ, which first reported the news, Draco was taken into custody when he showed up at his probation officer's building in the San Fernando Valley. This happened after police discovered ammunition in his home last month. However, he was released later in the afternoon and immediately went on Instagram Live to update his fans.

Tell you, this (expletive) ain't going to start... I had the biggest comeback of 2019 and they try to lock me up, they try to hate on me."

His hearing is scheduled for March 29. Meanwhile, his lawyer stated, "There was no finding in regards to his probation violation."

This isn't the first time for Draco to violate his probation. Back in 2016, cops found at least one weapon in his possession after they searched his home due to him threatening people online. As a result of this, he was charged with two felonies and one misdemeanor. In the following year, he once again was charged with illegal possessions of guns in Los Angeles.
