According to PEOPLE, Meghan and her trusted aide Amy Pickerill are to amicably part after she's done helping the couple in that important time. The site further reveals that the assistant private secretary is planning to move abroad after leaving her position.

"They will stay in touch and Amy will remain as a personal adviser to her in the longer term. They are very close," a source shares. "It is very amicable."

Of Pickerill, who started her career at Kensington Palace as a press spokesperson, the source says that she has been instrumental in "helping the duchess adjust to her new life in the U.K." She's also closely involved in Meghan's charity cookbook titled "Together: Our Community Cookbook".

"They have worked together for a while now and are close," continues the source. Pickerill previously accompanied the former "Suits" actress at the International Women's Day event in London on March 8 and is set to join her at the Commonwealth event in London on Monday, March 11.
