Roger Alvarado was already ordered to enter a mandatory mental health program in Florida back in February after accepting a plea deal for same misconduct at the 'Shake It Off' singer's apartment.

AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift's stalker was arrested on Thursday, March 06, for allegedly breaking into her New York apartment building.

According to editors at Page Six, Roger Alvarado was arrested for allegedly breaking into Swift's Franklin Street home, the same apartment he breached in April, via the second-floor patio door in the early hours, sources told the news outlet.

When police officers arrived, the door was reportedly open but it hasn't yet been established whether Alvarado entered the property.

The "Bad Blood" singer, who has an order of protection against the 22-year-old, was not home at the time.

In February, he accepted a plea deal in exchange for confessing to breaking into the singer's home, using her shower and sleeping in a bed.

He was ordered to complete a mental health program.

News of the second break-in comes as the popstar revealed she lives with the "fear of violence" in her personal life and beefed up security during her "Reputation Tour", because she was afraid there may be a repeat of the Manchester Arena bombing that happened after an Ariana Grande show in 2017.

"There was a tremendous amount of planning, expense, and effort put into keeping my fans safe," she told Elle U.S. magazine. "My fear of violence has continued into my personal life. I carry QuikClot army grade bandage dressing, which is for gunshot or stab wounds."

"You get enough stalkers trying to break into your house and you kind of start prepping for bad things."
