In related news, it has been reported that the 'Sorry Not Sorry' singer recently checked into a treatment facility to continue working on her health.

AceShowbiz - Demi Lovato is apparently back on the single saddle. It has been reported that the "Cool for the Summer" songstress has broken up with Henry Levy, four months after the two were spotted together. PEOPLE first reported the news.

Additionally, sources told the news outlet that the fashion designer had never been Demi's "sober companion" despite previous report stating otherwise. Nothing has been confirmed as of now since both Demi and Henry have yet to respond to the breakup rumors.

Demi and Henry were first linked in November when they were seen having a dinner date in Los Angeles soon after the former Disney darling finished her stint at a rehabilitation center. They were later seen flaunting PDAs in Malibu and rang in the new year together with a trip to Aspen. During the trip, the couple made their relationship Instagram official with a video of them kissing aboard a private jet.

Henry last shared a photo of the pair in January, when they took a trip to France. The pair went color-coordinated with Demi sporting a white fur coat as Henry opted for an all-black look. Henry didn't write anything in the caption, but left three red heart emojis.

This arrives shortly after it was reported that the "Camp Rock" star returned to a treatment facility to continue working on her health. "She has not relapsed since she overdosed. She did recently go to a facility but it was her own decision," a source shared to PEOPLE. "It was one trip to a treatment facility for a weeks outside of Los Angeles."

The source went on explaining that Demi is back in Los Angeles now. According to the insider, she is "taking care of herself and is in a positive place. She's working out and getting back in the studio to make music."
