Rumor has it the burger chain honcho popped the question over breakfast and the 'Peppermint' actress said 'yes' with no hesitation, leaving her ex-husband 'shattered.'

AceShowbiz - Jennifer Garner is reportedly heading to the altar for the second time, more than three years after separating from her husband of 10 years Ben Affleck. The "Elektra" star is said to have been engaged to her boyfriend John Miller after several months of dating.

Globe reports in its March 11 edition that the CEO of a financial holding company behind Cal-iBurger eateries "just blurted it out over breakfast one day: 'Will you marry me?' " The 46-year-old actress allegedly immediately said "yes." A source tells the publication, "When she said 'yes,' there was no hesitation."

Despite her failed marriage to Ben, Jennifer is said ready to begin a new life together with John. "John is everything she always wanted in a partner - he's stable, confident and cute to boot!" the source claims. That's why, "when he proposed, she was so happy," the source adds.

The "Alias" alum has reportedly shared the happy news with her close family, including her kids with Ben, 13-year-old Violet, 10-year-old Seraphina and 6-year-old Samuel. "She wanted Ben to know, too," the source says.

But Jen's ex reportedly didn't take the news well. "Ben's shattered over this, and the fear is that he will spiral back into depression and start boozing again," the so-called insider tells the tabloid. "He knows now there's no going back and, even though she insists she'll always be his friend, Jen is lost to him forever."

The source adds of the "Argo" star, "He wants his wife back and he can't ever have her - he's miserable."

Meanwhile, Jen and her rumored new fiance have been planning their wedding. They reportedly will move into a 10,500-square-foot mansion she is renting in Pacific Palisades, L.A. "It's big yet cozy, and Jen is envisioning lots of family get-togethers with his kids and hers," the source dishes.

Jen and John, who have allegedly been dating since the spring of 2018, maintain their relationship low-key. They were last seen together in late February, having a dinner with two other couples at Italian eatery Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica.

The "Love, Simon" star shyly smiled when leaving the restaurant. She walked a bit ahead of her beau as she headed to a car, while John followed behind and closed the car's door for her. She never publicly confirms their relationship, though.
