Annie Smith recently rushed to the hospital after she started bleeding vaginally while Lil Xan was out of town.

AceShowbiz - Lil Xan's fiancee Annie Smith took to Instagram Stories to share the harrowing story behind photos of her baby's ultrasound, after she was accused of photoshopping them. Via her Instagram Stories, the mom-to-be revealed that she recently had miscarriage scare.

"I went to urgent care because I started bleeding vaginally, and I was afraid that I was having a miscarriage," she said on Wednesday, February 27. "The reason they gave me an ultrasound was because ... they had to make sure that everything was OK."

Annie said that Lil Xan wasn't with her at the hospital at the time, but he rushed to be by her side. "[He] didn't go with me ... because he was in a totally different city. I called him, and I was bawling my eyes out, saying that I thought I was losing the baby, and it was really, really hard," she continued. "He, of course, rushed over as fast as he could, but it was a really quick appointment. By the time he got there, I was done."

Annie said she took pictures of the ultrasound on her phone to show her fiance, who was excited to show the pictures to the world. The 18-year-old content creator was initially hesitant, but eventually agreed with the rapper, whose real name is Nicholas Diego Leanos. She explained, "Diego thought it would be a good idea to show you guys because he knows how to interact with you guys better."

After she shared the photos in a YouTube video, fans speculated she photoshopped the images and faked her pregnancy because one of the photos appeared on Google with another woman's name on it. "As soon as I saw it, I showed Diego and was like, 'What the f**k?' He was shocked. We were both so confused and didn't understand what was going on," she recalled.

The "Betrayed" hitmaker told her fiancee that "a person has already admitted to photoshopping the pictures." She added, "This person hates me and thinks Diego is better off with somebody else."

After the backlash, Annie admitted to E! News that she regretted sharing the baby news because it has been turned into a "negative thing." She shared, "I'm traveling and stressed at the moment so i think for the baby and myself it's best to stay in a positive environment. I really am just staying off the internet for the time being because it's really sad for me to see these things."

She repeated it on her Instagram Stories, saying, "It's just really personal and I was just so excited when I first found out and of course I'm still so excited but I just really want to keep it private between [Lil Xan] and I god forbid something happened." She added, "My worst nightmare is having a miscarriage...I just don't even come on the Internet anymore."
