Aryn Drake-Lee, who split from the 'Grey's Anatomy' actor in 2017, additionally claims that he owes her over $250,000 in spousal support and takes issues with the current custody plan of their two kids.

AceShowbiz - Actor Jesse Williams is facing a new court battle with his estranged wife over custody and child support issues.

The "Grey's Anatomy" star has been engaged in a bitter legal dispute with Aryn Drake-Lee ever since they separated in 2017 after five years of marriage.

After a nasty back-and-forth, he was granted joint custody of daughter Sadie and son Maceo last year (18), but was ordered to pay his ex the increased sum of $50,000 (£38,300) a month in June (18), in addition to another $50,700 (£38,800) a month in spousal support.

He tried and failed to challenge the child support ruling, and now Aryn is heading back to court to seek back payment for cheques she claims she is owed.

According to paperwork obtained by The Blast, she wants more than $637,000 (£488,000) in retroactive child support, although she is happy for the monthly fees going forward to remain the same.

As for spousal support, she alleges Jesse owes her over $250,000 (£191,500) from previous months. However, she is willing to give him a slight reprieve and have the future recurring payments reduced to just under $30,000 (£23,000) each time, which will be paid until at least 2020.

The former realtor has also taken issue with Jesse's approach to their flexible physical custody plan, which is based on his shooting schedule for "Grey's Anatomy".

Aryn is asking the judge overseeing the case to set up a regular plan for custody, because his work commitments are constantly changing, which often leaves her unsure of when Jesse will "be exercising time". She also accuses the actor of frequently cancelling scheduled pick ups for his time with the kids, only to later demand make-up time, reports the outlet.

As a result, she wants Jesse to be ordered to hand over a copy of his filming schedule.

In addition, Aryn requests both parties be banned from introducing their young children to any new partners until at least six months into the relationship, and she is seeking to ban any photos of their kids from being posted on social media.

It's not known when the issues will be addressed in court, but a hearing to determine a trial date for their divorce is scheduled for later this month.

Jesse has yet to respond to her latest demands.
