The 'Don't Be Tardy...' star appears to overdo with the lip fillers as her upper lip looks painfully swollen.

AceShowbiz - It's not a secret that Kim Zolciak-Biermann has often turned to cosmetic surgeries to enhance her look, but this time she may have overdone it with her lips. The Bravo reality TV star has just debuted her new lips and the top lip looks enormously big.
As the two-part premiere of "Don't Be Tardy..." season 7 aired on Sunday night, February 17, Kim shared a close-up picture of her lips on Instagram Stories. Her upper lip is so gigantic that it looks like it hurts. A producer at Bravo tells MTO News that Kim is having difficulty talking with her swollen lip.
Meanwhile, in the new episode of her reality series, Kim comforted her daughter Ariana Biermann who was insecure about her body. As she tried on prom dresses, the 17-year-old tearfully opened up about her struggles.
"My ideal prom dress is to just have something that shows off more of my waist, because that’s about the only tiny thing I have on me," Ariana said. "It's horrifying." Sobbing that she didn't like her body shape, she said, "I look like a teapot," as she envied her mother's stomach which looks like "a size 4."
Unashamedly admitting that she needed a surgery to get the shape she wanted, Kim said, "I paid for a stomach!" She, however, encouraged her daughter, "You're beautiful. I love you, you're beautiful the way you are. You have to accept yourself."
Kim said to the camera, "I definitely think that Ariana's gotten a little more self-conscious about her appearance. She's 16. Nothing looks right, nothing fits right. Oh my god, it breaks my heart. But this is my time to encourage her. You know, believe in yourself. You're beautiful. Embrace it."
Also in the episode, Kim's other daughter Brielle Biermann revealed that her stepfather Kroy Biermann once caught her doing the deed with her high school boyfriend. "At least Kroy has never walked in on you," she whispered to her sister Ariana.
Brielle backtracked on her statement when appearing on "Watch What Happens Live", saying, "We never said what he walked in on." However, when asked personally about the matter over the phone, she admitted to TooFab that it did happen.
"Oh, my God! They aired that?!" she said during the phone call. "F**k! Oh, my God. I'm so embarrassed right now, I'm gonna cry!" She went on confirming, "Yes, he did walk in on me once. Yes, yes."
"I had a boyfriend, and he -- I don't know. We were stupid. We were being stupid," she shared. When asked if her boyfriend in question was Michael Kopech, she refused to answer, "No, I'm not saying who -- but I'm sure you can figure it out."
Brielle added, "Kroy made jokes for the first month! I was like, 'Dude, you're f**king gross.' And you know what's weird? My birthday was a few weeks later, and he had just ordered my Jeep that morning. After my mom told me, she was like, 'He could've f**king killed you! He was so pissed.' "
Asked about her opinion on the ordeal, Kim was calmer. "Brielle's an adult. [Kroy] was unaware that she was around, so it was a sheer accident," she said. "It was a very lighthearted situation that happened; although, he will kind of bust her chops here and there about it."
