The 'Betrayed' rapper and Annie Smith drop the baby bomb just five months after his ugly breakup with Noah and a month after hinting at their engagement.

AceShowbiz - Lil Xan is going to be a father. The 22-year-old rapper and his new girlfriend Annie Smith have announced that they are expecting their first child together, just a few months after they started dating.
The star, whose real name is Nicholas Diego Leanos, took to Instagram on Sunday, February 17 to share the happy news. "i wanted to wait but i just can't leave my fans in the dark,it's official im going to be a father," he wrote along with a picture of him sharing an embrace with Annie on a balcony.
He continued, "i love you guys so much and hope you stay along for this crazy journey and i've never felt more happy in my life all of you are invited to the gender reveal party i promise ! Cant wait to show the world everything i've been working on at youtube space and my official sophomore album 'BE SAFE' and to my baby my angel my sunshine @anniiesmith i love you with all my heart thank you for saving me i love you more then words could describe."
Annie previously shared a similar picture, but they kissed in the said photo, on Valentine's Day. She wrote, "happy valentine’s day my love. i could go on and on about how beyond grateful and lucky i am to have you by my side in life. but today to keep it simple and honest, i love you to the moon and stars, always baby. i cannot wait to call myself your wife soon p.s i love matching with youu."
Lil Xan and Annie started dating in late 2018, just months after he broke up with Noah Cyrus in September. She was very supportive of him amid his battle for drug addiction. When he entered rehab in December, she posted on his Instagram account on his behalf, "Diego was just admitted into his first treatment. He loves each and every one of you sending good wishes and prayers to him. We thank you all so very much for all of the love and support you are sending his way."
Annie hinted at their engagement last month when she captioned a photo of her cuddling up to her rapper boyfriend with "Fiance." Responding to congratulatory messages from her followers, she added in the comment section, "Thank you all for all the love and support. It means the world to us, I'm so happy this is no longer private."
