Halsey Attracts Mixed Reactions From Fans With Marilyn Manson Tattoo
Celebrity

Other than sharing a photo of her new ribcage ink, the 'Without Me' singer also posts an Instagram video promising Sydney fans with a possible Valentine's Day surprise show.

AceShowbiz - Singer Halsey unveiled a controversial new inking on Wednesday, February 13 which managed to both delight and confuse her fans.

The "Without Me" singer, who is currently in Australia with her British musician boyfriend Yungblud, added to her 20-plus tattoo collection with an eye-catching piece inked down the side of her torso of goth rocker Marilyn Manson's face.

Halsey proudly showed off the tattoo, which is placed on the side of her body, and shows the rocker's eyes, nose and mouth in black ink, in a photo posted on Instagram

"adelaide today. absolutely obsessed. Manson by mega babe @celiadunne_tattoos", she captioned the photo which proudly displayed the work done by tattoo artist Celia Dunne.

Fans were quick to react to the new inking, with some praising it while others called Manson "an abuser" and a "nazi".

"Marilyn Manson has many assault allegations against him on women much less, yet days ago you were wearing a feminist shirt on SNL. It's beautiful as the art is, how can you represent such a dark man?" read one of the comments on her post.

And when the 24-year-old took to Twitter to announce her new ink, some of her followers mistook the name "Manson" to represent late cult leader and convicted murderer Charles Manson, which she was forced to quickly clarify.

"got manson tatted on my ribs I love Adelaide so much already. Marilyn. not Charles. Sheeesh lol", she explained.

Meanwhile the "Bad At Love" hitmaker later posted a video message on Instagram teasing her Sydney fans with the possibility of a surprise show.
