In a TV interview in Philadelphia, Andrew Wyatt also dishes that while the former 'Cosby' star has been serving his time behind bars for sexual assault, his wife and children have yet to visit him.

AceShowbiz - Bill Cosby has referred to his time in prison as an "amazing experience."
Cosby, who was sent to prison little over four months ago for sexual assault, shared his thoughts about his incarceration with his spokesman Andrew Wyatt, who gave a TV interview to WCAU in Philadelphia, reported the Associated Press on Tuesday, February 12.
Wyatt said that "despite the circumstances," the disgraced comic, 81, told him that being locked up "is an amazing experience."
When questioned over Cosby's actual words, Wyatt reiterated, "Yeah. He used the term 'amazing experience.' "
It was reported on Friday that Cosby had transferred to the general prison population, after spending his first four months in special housing.
He now has a single cell in a two-story unit at the newly built State Correctional Institution - Phoenix facility in Pennsylvania.
Wyatt also confirmed that Cosby's wife and children haven't yet visited him in prison.
"He doesn't want to have them in that environment," Wyatt told The Associated Press. "Why put them in that position, to make it turn into some form of a circus?"
Cosby rose to fame in the 1960s as the first black actor to star in a prime-time television drama with the hit show "I Spy". He subsequently starred as family man Cliff Huxtable on the top-rated "The Cosby Show" from 1984 to 1992, for which he became known as 'America's Dad'.
Last year, Cosby was convicted of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman in his home in 2004, and was sentenced to 10 years in state prison on 25 September (18).
He is appealing the conviction.
