In an interview about her new fragrance collection, the 'Ant-Man and the Wasp' actress reveals she had been mulling over the idea since her kids were young.

AceShowbiz - Michelle Pfeiffer has finally realised her dream of releasing a fragrance collection at the age of 60.
The actress is taking on an exciting new venture outside of the film world after unveiling a collection of five scents, called Henry Rose, and she couldn't be more thrilled to finally share the perfume line with the world.
During a new interview with InStyle magazine, Michelle reveals she had been considering the idea for decades, after she began raising children.
"When the kids were young, I began to look at the world in a different way," she tells the publication. "I started reading labels and looking at ingredients lists in a way I hadn't done before. That opened my eyes. I found myself looking for a fragrance I could feel good about putting on my body and that smelled amazing."
"Those two things were difficult to find, so I decided I was going to see if I could develop a fragrance that would raise the bar on both quality and safety. I didn't realise what a challenge I had set out for myself, which is typical of me."
The exciting new release doesn't mean she has lost her passion for acting - the star returned to film and TV last year (2017) after taking a five year hiatus, appearing in "mother!", "Murder on the Orient Express" and "Ant-Man and the Wasp". She also appeared on the small screen in "The Wizard of Lies", a role which earned her an Emmy nomination. And she admits running a perfume brand while taking on a series of roles has not been easy.
"Starting a business at the same time as I started working again... I'm not complaining," she says. "It's a high-class problem. It's better to feel as if there's not enough time in a day than to wake up wondering how you're going to fill it."
