Hayden's boyfriend Brian Hickerson says the 'Nashville' alum is currently on vacation with 4-year-old Kaya after it's reported that she doesn't see her daughter for months since splitting from Wladimir Klitschko.

AceShowbiz - Hayden Panettiere is not giving up her daughter Kaya, despite reports stating otherwise. The 29-year-old actress was accused of abandoning her 4-year-old kid since her split from longtime boyfriend Wladimir Klitschko, who raises Kaya with him and his mother in their native Ukraine.
Brushing off the rumors, the "Heroes" alum took to Twitter on Thursday, February 7 to share a rare photo of her daughter. Not revealing Kaya's face, the image shows the little girl strapped to a car seat as they're apparently on a road trip. "Sweet moments with sleeping babes," she captioned it.

Hayden's new boyfriend Brian Hickerson says that the blonde beauty is currently on vacation with her daughter. Also denying the reports of Hayden's estranged relationship from her daughter, she tells Access Hollywood, "Hayden is actually on a family vacation right now with her daughter and the Champ, so don't believe everything you read." He adds, "She's a great mom."
An unnamed source tells PEOPLE that Hayden still sees her daughter, though their co-parenting schedule is unclear and she lives in Los Angeles with her boyfriend Brian. "To say she never sees her daughter isn't true," the source insists. "Hayden has gone through changes since she had Kaya, and while some were not perfect, others have helped her grow. She is trying to feel good about herself, her life, and how she wants to go forward."
Us Weekly previously reported that Hayden "hasn't had much time" with her daughter since her split from Wladimir last summer. "She knows the child being with her is not best for [Kaya right now]," a source told the site. "It's a sad situation."
Hayden is currently dating aspiring actor Brian, who was reported to be a bad influence on her. A source told Us last November that her family was worried about her relationship with the 28-year-old hunk. "It's not a healthy situation," the source claimed.
Brian, however, denied this, telling Access at the time, "Just to be clear, Hayden's friends and family are not worried about her at all."
