Of their decision to mend their relationship, source close to Mackenzie said to HollywoodLife.com, "Maci and Mackenzie wanted to put their differences aside for the sake of their families, and especially for their children. With Ryan away, Mackenzie was beginning to feel alone and fearful at the thought of having to raise their son on her own if Ryan keeps getting into trouble with the law."

"Mackenzie felt like Maci was one of the few people who understood what she was going through with Ryan and wanted to make amends," the insider went on saying. "It was also very important to Mackenzie that Jagger have a happy, healthy relationship with his half-brother."

Ryan was initially arrested after walking out without paying his bar tab while on probation for a 2017 possession of heroin charge. However, the Hamilton County General Session Clerk of Court revealed that his theft of service under $1,000 charge had been dismissed in a court that took place on Monday at 8:30 A.M.

The Chattanooga Police Department previously confirmed that a server at Bud's Sports Bar on Brainerd Road filed a complaint against the star in December 2018. The bartender claimed that Ryan ordered "six Jack Daniels whiskey drinks" before leaving without paying them.

Ryan will be behind the bars until April 15.
