Vowing to prove his innocence in court, the estranged husband of the TV personality says, 'We've proven Jenni, and her attorneys, to be liars in the past and we will do it again.'

AceShowbiz - Roger Mathews won't let his estranged wife Jenni "JWoww" Farley talk bad about him in public. Following the abuse allegations leveled against him by her, he took to Instagram on Thursday, January 31 to deny the claims and vow to prove his innocence in court.

Admitting that he was "pretty heartbroken" after learning about the accusation, he said in a video that the claims had many lies. "I had a speech prepared for me by my attorneys that I was going to read and I decided not to read it and just shoot from the hip," he added. "We were going to address this in court, which is the proper place to address it. We've proven Jenni, and her attorneys, to be liars in the past and we will do it again."

He went on accusing the "Jersey Shore" star of often "playing the victim" and claiming that he had "preponderance of evidence, the truth, the witnesses and the testimony" to prove it. "My concern is my children and I will not stop until I have my children," he concluded the video.

Roger attached pictures of documents alongside the video. In it, his legal team requested an immediate conference because they believed JWoww was trying to mobilize her millions of social media followers to cause their client harm. In addition to that, they asked for a mental evaluation of the "Snooki & JWoww" star since her conduct bore "all of the hallmarks of personality disorder with narcissistic tendencies."

This arrives just a day after JWoww alleged that Roger abused her and placed their children in danger for the sake of camera. The reality TV star also provided video evidence to back up her claim, with one video showing the pair fighting in the kitchen. At one point, Roger was seen violently pushing her to the ground.
