The 'World War Z' actor and the 'Maleficent' actress are pictured sitting side by side during a secret meeting at a Beverly Hills office with legal professionals.

AceShowbiz - Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have been spotted together for the first time since the actress filed for divorce from her husband of two years in 2016. The estranged couple recently had a meeting at an office in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles.

In some pictures published in this week's issue of The Who magazine, the exes looked tense while sitting side by side in the office. They were reportedly joined by legal professionals during the three-hour meeting.

Jolie managed to avoid the paparazzi when leaving the office, while Pitt gave a thumbs up to the camera as he made his way to his car. The 55-year-old actor dressed down in a gray short-sleeved shirt over a white long-sleeved shirt, teamed with jeans and his signature painter hat.

Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt in September 2016, after he reportedly got into an argument with their eldest child, Maddox, during a flight from Europe. They had a long and nasty custody battle over their six kids for two years, before they reached an agreement last November. The kids have been often spotted out and about with their mother, but have never been seen in public with their father since the couple's separation. They, however, reportedly visited Pitt at his house on his birthday on December 29.

The "Allied" actor was recently rumored romancing Charlize Theron. While they have known each other for a long time, they reportedly got close after shooting a commercial for watch brand Breitling six months ago.

A former bodyguard of the "War Machine" actor said the alleged couple started seeing each other four months ago. "I know as a fact they've been together for the last four months," Kris Herzog told The Sun. "I've seen them once myself together. They're definitely dating but they're keeping it secret until they work out whether it's going to be long-term." He confirmed that "at the minimum, they're friends with benefits."

Kris additionally claimed that Pitt hid his relationship with the 43-year-old actress from the public for fear that it would cause tension with his ex Jolie. "Everything Brad does is vetted through how it's going to affect his relationship with Angelina," he explained. "Because if he pisses her off, it's going to f**k up their child custody situation." He added that Pitt and Theron were "trying their best to keep their relationship a secret to avoid drama with Angie."
