The 'Trainwreck' star has posted a number of photos featuring a custom cake by Molly Fischer, drawing amused reactions from the likes of Jessica Alba and Kelly Rowland.

AceShowbiz - Pregnant comedienne Amy Schumer was left stunned over the weekend after her sister-in-law presented her with a "haunting" cake graphically depicting a baby's delivery.

The "Trainwreck" star is expecting her first child with her husband, chef Chris Fischer, and his sister Molly decided to celebrate the impending birth by having a custom cake made to mark the occasion.

However, instead of going for a more traditional treat, Molly had the baked goods decorated to look like a childbirth scene, with a blonde Cabbage Patch Kid doll's head crowning from the vagina, which had been decorated with flesh-coloured frosting, complete with brown sprinkles as pubic hair.

"My sister in law. And I can't stress that enough IN LAW. surprised me with a horrifying cake and i can't thank her enough. So I won't thank her at all," the funnywoman wrote as she shared a series of images of the cake on Instagram on Monday, January 28.

"@mofischhh something is truly wrong with you and i love you. #haunting..."

Amy wasn't the only one bemused by the special delivery - Jessica Alba posted a series of crying with laughter emojis and commented, "@mofischhh - I don't know you but we need to be friends."

"This is by far....the funniest s**t I've ever seen!!" added singer Kelly Rowland.

Schumer is currently in her third trimester, but her road to motherhood has been far from smooth. She has been documenting her severe morning sickness in a series of social media posts since announcing her pregnancy in October (18), poking fun at her condition whenever she had the chance.

The comedienne has a few more work commitments to complete before putting her feet up ahead of her delivery date, wrapping up her latest stand-up tour in Austin, Texas on 3 March.
