AceShowbiz - Singer Teairra Mari's revenge porn lawsuit against her ex-boyfriend has been dismissed.
The "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" star sued Akbar Abdul-Ahad and rapper 50 Cent last year (18) after the "In Da Club" hitmaker reportedly re-posted a graphic image of Mari from a sex tape, allegedly leaked on her social media page by her ex-boyfriend.
Mari accused both her ex and 50 Cent of trying to "slut-shame" her and subsequently filed suit against both men for invasion of privacy and emotional distress.
In November (18), Mari's case against 50 Cent was dismissed and now her lawsuit against Abdul-Ahad has been thrown out after a judge ruled she "failed to prosecute her case" when she failed to show up for a hearing earlier this month, according to The Blast.
