AceShowbiz - Ryan Edwards was arrested again in Hamilton County. According to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office, the "Teen Mom OG" star was taken into custody in Hamilton County, Tennessee, on Wednesday, January 23 at 12:45 A.M.
The reality TV star is currently being held in the Hamilton County Jail for theft of services under $1,000 with his bond being set on $500. "Hamilton County Probation personnel contacted the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office Fugitive Division to respond to their location and execute the open warrant for the charge of Theft of Services Under $1000," HCSO spokesperson Matt Lea said.
The arrest arrives following reports that Ryan walked out of a bar without paying his $36 bill last month, prompting the bartender to call police. The Chattanooga Police Department confirms that a server at Bud's Sports Bar on Brainerd Road filed a complaint against the star in December 2018. The bartender claimed that Ryan ordered "six Jack Daniels whiskey drinks" before leaving without paying for them.
According to Radar Online, Ryan was also arrested on a possession of heroin charge out of Red Bank. A clerk told the site the warrant was likely out for his arrest in Red Bank at the time of his arrest.
He is being held on no bond for the drug charge since there's no an outstanding warrant over the drug charge.
Ryan's Red Bank County court date is set for January 28. Meanwhile, he is set to appear in Hamilton County court on February 6.
He has been struggling with heroin abuse for years. The MTV star checked into rehab in May last year after he was infamously filmed falling asleep while driving and slurring his words. Instead of 30 days, Ryan left treatment after 21 days.
