A woman accuses the 'Kiss Kiss' hitmaker of sexually assaulting her in his hotel room after they met at a club in Paris earlier this month.

AceShowbiz - Chris Brown has landed himself in trouble with the law again after he's accused of rape in France. The 29-year-old R&B star is currently under investigation by French police after a 24-year-old woman claimed he sexually assaulted him in his hotel room between January 15 and 16.
According to French publication Closer (via Radar Online), the woman said in the report that she and the "Turn Up the Music" hitmaker met at a club named Le Crystal which is located near Les Champs-Elysees. The alleged victim said she followed Chris to Le Mandarin Oriental where he stayed and where he allegedly raped her.
Paris parquet opened a case and is currently investigating the woman's complaints. Chris and his representative have not responded to the rape allegation.
Chris infamously assaulted his then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009. He pleaded guilty to a felony and accepted a plea deal. He was sentenced to five years of probation, one year of domestic violence counseling, and six months of community service. Many criticized the punishment which was deemed not severe enough despite the injuries he caused on the "Diamonds" hitmaker.
The "Don't Wake Me Up" has multiple times publicly apologized for the battery case, saying that the photograph of Rihanna's battered face may haunt and define him forever. Admitting that he still loved her, he hoped that they "can always be friends."
Oddly enough, Rihanna indeed seemed to have forgiven him in 2012 when he ended his relationship with former girlfriend Karrueche Tran because he did not "want to see her hurt over my friendship with Rihanna."
Chris and Rihanna went to release a collaboration, "Nobody's Business", as the Barbadian singer confirmed in January 2013 that they rekindled their romance. "It's different now. We don't have those types of arguments anymore," she said of their relationship at the time. They, however, broke up again a few months later.
Chris, who is a father to a daughter, Royalty, with former fling Nia Guzman, was accused of punching model Liziane Gutierrez in the face at Las Vegas party in 2018. He, however, was never charged for the alleged incident.
