AceShowbiz - Burger King is getting a laugh at Donald Trump's expense. On Tuesday, January 15, the fast-food giant turned to its Twitter account to make a crack at the 45th U.S. President's embarrassing typo where he misspelled the word "hamburgers."
"Due to a large order placed yesterday, we're all out of hamberders," the fast-food chain tweeted. "Just serving hamburgers today." Its playful post was quick to draw witty response from other Internet users. One replied, "This is a Whopper of a tweet," while another quipped, "No better #hamberder shade has ever been thrown. You're not the King for nothing!"

Meanwhile, the mocked-about tweet from the 72-year-old president read, "Great being with the National Champion Clemson Tigers last night at the White House. Because of the Shutdown I served them massive amounts of Fast Food (I paid), over 1000 hamberders etc. Within one hour, it was all gone. Great guys and big eaters!" It has since been deleted and replaced with a tweet featuring the correct spelling.

The day before posting the misspelled tweet, Trump spoke to the press about the White House banquet he prepared for the Clemson University football team in celebration of their National Championship win. "I think we're going to serve McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King, with some pizza," he gushed. "I really mean it. It will be interesting. And I would think that's their favorite food. So we'll see what happens."
Trump also stated during the January 14 interview that the feast will be paid by him. His declaration was later confirmed by deputy press secretary Hogan Gidley. In a statement to CNN, Gidley said, "Because the Democrats refuse to negotiate on border security, much of the residence staff at the White House is furloughed, so the President is personally paying for the event to be catered with some of everyone's favorite fast foods."
