AceShowbiz - The 2019 Critics' Choice Awards always provides the perfect opportunity for celebrities to show off their best outfits and this year is no exception. While several female attendees decided to go for an angelic look when arriving at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California on Sunday night, January 13, there were also some who caught attention with their colorful fashion.
Charlize Theron and Gemma Chan were among these celebrities. The "Atomic Blonde" actress commanded attention in a glittering silver one-shoulder gown that had a floor-length skirt and allowed her to show off her toned midriff. Charlize's trademark platinum tresses were swept to one side allowing a full view of her youthful look.
Meanwhile, "Crazy Rich Asians" star Gemma looked sensational as she stepped out in an incredible eye-catching, strapless gown which was adorned with a purple floral print. The number additionally boasted ruffled detailing around the top before fanning out into an elegant skirt. Letting the dress do the talking, Gemma simply wore a pair of earrings and styled her hair in a low ponytail.
Besides Charlize and Gemma, other stars who looked equally stunning on the red carpet included Claire Foy, Regina King and Mandy Moore. "The Crown" actress ditched the usual red carpet gown to opt for a rather casual look that night. She lit up the red carper in a semi-sheer one shoulder shirt with embellishment on it. She paired the glittery top with form-fitting suit trousers which she wore with a slim black belt. Complimenting her look were a large diamond ring and stud earrings.
Other other hand, Regina, who was honored with the Best Supporting Actress Award for "If Beale Street Could Talk", was stunning in a purple sequins dress with silver pointy pumps as Mandy rocked a long-sleeve classic white dress with cutouts.
